Recent Amigurumi Projects
Lately, I have been working on a lot of amigurumi type projects. They can become a little time consuming but they are so much fun to do. Below are some of the items I have made lately:
Details: My daughter picked out the sparkly pink yarn since it was going to be for her. I did a surface slip stitch around on the last light pink row. I added a crocheted bow to the dress. The safety eyes I used are bigger than what was suggested but 10mm is the smallest size I can find in my area.
Details: Instead of changing colors on the dress I did a surface slip stitch around where the color change was suppose to be and then added a bow. I slip stitched around the bottom of the dress. I added a small flower on top of the suggested flower to the head.

Details: This is actually a lovey/ security blanket pattern. Instead of making the blanket to attach it to, I chose to just make the car as a little toy for my (expectant) baby boy.
Details: I followed this pattern exactly except for the safety eyes are a little bigger than suggested.
Details: I followed the pattern exactly only changing the suggested colors. It was for my daughter so she wanted it to be a girl turtle.
Details: I used a 4.25mm hook since I don't own a 4.5 mm hook. I also added safety eyes instead of the suggested crocheted eyes in the pattern.
All the patterns can be found from One and Two Company. At the moment she is having a crochet along featuring a cute owl pattern that will be going on for the entire month of June! I have already started on mine and very excited for the finished results!
