Watercolors, Crochet, and other Ramblings

If you follow me on instagram you know that I have been working in on other areas besides crochet. I guess the teacher in me loves learning and trying out new things. However, watercolor is not all that new to me. When in college it was a painting medium I enjoyed studying and working with. I also think it's a fun medium for people who want to doodle and try their hand at art. While it is not as forgiving as other mediums, it is more portable. This means less set-up as I have actually used these while sitting on the couch or in bed. I also love the luminous, transparent look of watercolors as it is something I feel can't be achieved in other mediums. That is why I am going to start sharing some tips, tricks, and other tidbits for you. Just some random things that I would like to share that may be helpful especially if you are a beginner. Now I do have a couple of crochet things I am going to share and I may even get off in to some other medium or craft. Regardless, I am going to try to start writing on the blog again to help you on your creative journey. That information may pertain to crochet, watercolor, teaching art, lesson ideas, crafts, or none of the above you will just have to wait and find out!
